No pictures on any
channel/’blue screen’

Be sure
the power supply is plugged into the wall outlet.
·
Be sure
the outlets your TV and power supply are plugged into are ‘on’, if
controlled by a switch.
·
Check to
see that fittings are tight.

Be sure
power supply and TV are plugged.
·
If you are
using a set-top box, tune TV to channel 3 or 4.
·
If you are
using a VCR to change channels, turn VCR on and tune TV to channel 3 or
4.
·
Check to
see if VCR is turned ‘off’.
Rolling picture
·
Adjust
vertical/horizontal hold on your TV set.
No sound on any channel
·
Check the
mute buttons on all your remote control devices.
·
Check the
mute and volume buttons on your set-top box if applicable.
Can’t record on your VCR
·
Make sure
your VCR is on Channel 3 if you are using a set-top box.
·
Refer to
the hook-up diagrams in the “TWTV and Your VCR” section.
Channels above 13 won’t
come on or are not coming in clearly.
·
Make sure
your TV is set to receive cable signals by either pushing its Cable/TV
button or by checking your TV’s on-screen settings for the antenna/Cable
input.
For any problems, if you
have a second TV set in your home, check to see if you have the same
condition there. If you do, please contact us. If the second set
displays a good quality picture, you may have a problem with the first
TV or outlet.
