Teton Wireless
Support Center - Modem Troubleshooting
Q: My modem is "on"
but I cannot get online. What should I do?
A: First, power cycle
your modem and your computer or router. In most cases this refreshes
the system software needed by the modem
and brings you back online. If this does not correct the problem,
check your IP address to be
sure it has not been changed. If the IP address is correct, call our
office.
